Start your day with a good breakfast before setting off on a day full of activities. Between 8:30 and 10:30, you can enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the lake, either as a buffet or à la carte. We offer a rich buffet with croissants, fruit, juices, yogurt, and jams, as well as the option to order poached eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelettes, served with bacon or salmon.
At a cost of €20, you have the option to order a packed lunch to take with you during your day immersed in nature. Whether you are boating on the lake or travelling along the remote roads of Connemara, you will certainly not come across many restaurants, which is why having a packed lunch with you can be an excellent idea.
Especially when the basket includes an excellent gourmet Italian-style sandwich, filled with one of our cured meat and cheese from Tuscany, along with other carefully selected ingredients, all assembled with order and skill—so much so that in Italy we like to call it the art of the panino. This is complemented by a slice of torta della nonna, crisps, water, and a soft drink or beer.
The packed lunch must be ordered the evening before.

When you sit down at the table, you are immediately presented with a basket of fried bread, focaccia, and grissini, accompanied by traditional Italian cured meats. To follow, the three-course menu is the true signature of the chef.
